Each print is packaged with love and care, protected with rice paper inside a rigid envelope with an additional piece of cardboard for extra support. I will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow time for shipment depending on your location.

The Netherlands: Shipped within 3-5 working days*
Europe: Shipped within 6-10 working days*
Rest of World: Shipped within 10-14 working days*

*Please note that I will try my very best to meet these shipment dates, but certain things are out of my control such as postal and customs delays due to COVID-19 and other factors.

Please contact me at hello@lotteloveland.com within 14 days of delivery with your reason for return. Package the item/s in the original packaging and post it back to the invoice address within 21 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I cannot take any responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the return transit.
